Committed to developing independent, practical products, the team conducted extensive research and field exploration to identify everyday laundry pain points: inconvenient washing of intimate apparel; existing market offerings being overpriced yet underperforming; an untapped market opportunity sparking entrepreneurial inspiration. Acting decisively, XIAOFA dove deep into R&D—its first product launched swiftly. Witnessing OEM realities only strengthened its resolve to build an independent brand.
